In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and enhance clinical applications including Salesforce Health Cloud and athenaOne.
• Address and resolve issues in Jira Service Management to maximize system potential.
• Design workflows, assess system impacts, and prepare training materials.
• Support NCQA Accreditation, Meaningful Use, and Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Research and analyze data across departments while upholding data confidentiality.

• Experience configuring EHR/EMR applications like athenaOne and Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently or in teams, managing dynamic workloads.
• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, computer science, or related field.
• 2+ years supporting athenaOne EHR or similar systems in healthcare environments.
