In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage data requests and develop monthly and ad hoc reports.
- Analyze data to improve departmental processes and decision-making.
- Create data reports and share vital information with management.
- Prepare and submit compliance documents to various agencies.
- Monitor and interpret data for department efficiency improvements.
- Design and merge data files for report generation.
- Collaborate with leadership to conduct complex analyses and report creation.
- Provide training to team members on data generation and interpretation.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in data management or as a data analyst.
- Working knowledge of statistical packages like SAS, Python, or R.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with PowerBI and formula languages such as DAX and M.
- Background in healthcare or clinical fields.
- Familiarity with scientific terms in biology or chemistry.
