The Institutional Investor Group (IIG) Client Experience Analytics team is responsible for analyzing and improving these experiences for Plan Sponsors. The Lead Data Analyst role is key to advancing this initiative, requiring strategic partnerships and technical expertise.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Engage with internal partners to understand business strategies, questions, and goals.
- Translate business requests into analytical projects and lead complex projects to completion.
- Acquire, compile, and verify structured and unstructured data for quality and accuracy.
- Analyze historical data to identify trends and insights using advanced methods.
- Prepare expert-level visualizations and presentations to translate insights into actionable solutions.
- Develop, own, and manage recurring analytic or reporting processes.
- Mentor and coach others in the analytics community at Vanguard.
- Participate in special projects and other assigned duties.
