In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and manage data policies, standards, and processes
• Implement processes to detect and prevent data issues proactively
• Ensure high-quality profiles of key individuals
• Develop data quality metrics and maintain compliance
• Collaborate with teams to address data gaps with manual and automated solutions
• Generate weekly data quality reports

This role requires you to have:

• University degree in medicine or life sciences
• Experience in data analytic roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Familiarity with SQL and Python scripting
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational abilities to manage multiple projects
• Problem-solving skills for strategy development
