In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and support complex data solutions.
- Lead collaboration efforts to deliver effective data engineering projects.
- Author and review technical specifications and designs.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor engineering staff and lead multiple complex projects.
- Participate in an agile/scrum environment to deliver quality software.
- Drive technical strategy and innovation across the organization.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10 years in data engineering and software development
- Expert knowledge in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
- Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in cloud environments
- Experience with big data technologies like Spark or Snowflake
You would benefit from having:
- Proficiency with Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Expertise in data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data governance
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
