In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Generate timely and accurate internal and external reports using SQL, Power BI, and Business Objects.
• Advocate for standardized report formats and data sources to boost efficiency.
• Execute SQL reporting universes to support audit activities.
• Develop and test the enterprise data warehouse for standardized reporting.
• Act as a subject matter expert in client-specific reporting needs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with teams to leverage data for future machine learning initiatives.
• Provide data support for client-initiated Corrective Action Plans.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data reporting and analysis.
• Experience in healthcare insurance industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Excel.
