In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Lead and support data setup for broker onboarding processes.
- Define and implement ETL rules for data integration into the RiskMatch platform.
- Collaborate with insurance brokers to understand data for seamless data loading.
- Reconcile and validate integrated data against financial reports.
- Analyze broker feed data for comprehensive exposure data collection.
- Utilize SQL and Groovy to standardize data integration into ODS and Application platforms.
- Conduct data quality assurance and troubleshoot to resolve issues.
- Document, track, and communicate data issues for resolution.
- Perform data analysis using tools like Tableau, MySQL, Amazon Redshift, Excel, and Python.
- Develop analytical models and educate clients on the RiskMatch platform.
- Develop and maintain data integrity and consistency checks.

This role requires you to have:
- Experience with ETL processes
- Proficiency in SQL
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
You would benefit from having:
- Familiarity with Tableau
- Experience with Groovy or scripting languages
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance
- Experience with Python
- Familiarity with Agency Management Systems
