In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customer success and product teams to support growth with customers.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation for data-driven decision-making.
• Engage with customers to facilitate the use of data exchange, business reviews, and performance reporting.
• Work with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to ensure data quality and analytical rigor.
• Participate in initiatives that impact business strategy and technology roadmap.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver impactful data products.

This role requires you to have:

• 1-2 years of experience in data analytics or a similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics.
• Proficiency in SQL for writing clean, maintainable data analysis code.
• Experience in creating compelling data visualizations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with project management experience.
• Interest in learning new tools and innovations in data analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
