This role is vital for equipping stakeholders with precise, real-time data for informed decision-making. The analyst will engage closely with various teams, including Investments and Construction, to deliver valuable insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements for models, reports, and visualizations.
• Develop analytical content using tools like Tableau and Excel, including reports and dashboards.
• Create SQL scripts to support reporting requirements across business teams.
• Validate data for accuracy and consistency to reduce errors and risk.
• Maintain reports and systems as necessary to support data integrity.
• Participate in projects to provide data insights that guide successful outcomes.
• Prepare reviews of portfolio composition for stakeholder presentations.
• Explore data for insights beyond initial project scopes.
• Ensure consistency in measurement across teams to uphold reporting integrity.

This role requires you to have:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling skills
