In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Complete end-to-end projects within the employee health engagement SaaS industry.
• Prepare datasets and build data pipelines using SQL and SAS.
• Develop and optimize predictive models with Python and SAS, ensuring model accuracy.
• Support the deployment of models across Virgin Pulse's product portfolio.
• Mentor junior team members in best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Account Management teams.
• Ensure project milestones are met and documentation remains comprehensive.

This role requires you to have:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Three years of data science experience
• Experience with clinical/medical data
• Proficiency in SAS, Python, and SQL
• Experience managing large-scale model development projects
