Data Management Analyst

The Data Management Analyst plays a pivotal role in handling changes to employee information and coordinating data updates with city and school programmers. This position reports directly to the Director of Employment Services and supports the school's commitment to precise and reliable personnel management.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Review and ensure accuracy of information before data entry.
• Manage electronic data transfers between HR network and city mainframe.
• Respond to information requests regarding employee salaries and staffing.
• Maintain salary, location, and position tables, and oversee special education position allocations.
• Process employee changes and generate various reports.
• Research and resolve daily data management issues.
• Provide answers to staff queries concerning employee histories.
