- Master's degree in data science, statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI or similar tool
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server or similar database
- Experience with R or similar language
- Experience analyzing environmental data
- Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
