Virtusa, a leader in IT services, is seeking a Fleet Operations Business Analyst I for its Sales Analytics Operations team. This position is pivotal in analyzing fleet performance and recommending strategies for improvement. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of U.S. Fleet Operations, the analyst plays a key role in enhancing operational success.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage fleet program services, including toll, fuel, collision, and violations reimbursement.
• Onboard and off-board fleet drivers and employees.
• Analyze and report on fleet operations data to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Provide detailed performance reports and improvement recommendations.
• Implement and maintain fleet policies.
• Ensure accuracy of the fleet vendor database and conduct vehicle inventory audits.
• Assist with budget tracking and expense management.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Fleet Operations Manager.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience as a business or operations analyst or similar analytical role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and report writing skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

The role requires a commitment of expected hours: 40 per week, with an 8-hour shift schedule. Preferred experience in supply chain operations for at least 2 years is advantageous.
