This role involves collaborating with the sales team to identify client needs and develop AI/ML solutions. The team aims to drive innovation and align solutions with market trends.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and business development to identify client needs for AI/ML solutions.
• Present technical concepts and proposals to clients and prospects.
• Translate client requirements into actionable project plans.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to data scientists and ML engineers.
• Establish best practices in solution design and model deployment.
• Drive the strategic roadmap for AI initiatives.
• Apply classical machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines and model strategies.
• Maintain deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Lead ML project life cycles and implement MLOps best practices.
• Serve as a technical advisor to executive leadership and communicate complex findings.

This role requires you to have:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 12+ years in data science or ML engineering, with 5+ in leadership roles.
• Experience in client-facing roles and proposal development.
• Skilled in classical ML algorithms and statistical methods.
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
