In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple data streams including FTP files and API calls.
• Validate and ensure the accuracy of financial data against internal databases.
• Optimize data pipelines for large data streams and ensure nighttime calculations run smoothly.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and client experience teams to align data solutions with business objectives.
• Utilize PostgreSQL and Snowflake to manage databases, and execute SQL for data analysis.
• Implement and manage dbt for streamlined data transformation.
• Maintain documentation of data streams and processes, ensuring efficient operation of data systems.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in equity and fixed income markets data.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL and Snowflake databases.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and troubleshooting.
• Experience with dbt or willingness to learn.
