Procurement Data Analyst

W. L. Gore & Associates is hiring a Procurement Data Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on analyzing procurement spend data, developing and reporting KPIs, and performing ad hoc data analysis to support decision-making. The position is located in Elkton, Maryland, with potential for a hybrid remote work arrangement.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage procurement KPI dashboard and supporting data tracking
• Perform procurement financial and spend analysis
• Drive broad market intelligence initiatives including capture, analysis, and reporting
• Manage procurement data infrastructure and data management projects
• Support ad-hoc procurement category needs
• Provide data for compliance audits and certifications, including sustainability

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, computer science, or business
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a data-oriented supply chain role
• Proficiency in data query and analysis tools including PowerBI and Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
• Excellent stakeholder management, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate business needs into meaningful data queries and analysis
• Ability to travel up to 5%
