Wake County Public School System's Data, Research and Accountability department is searching for a Senior Data Analyst. This role is crucial for gathering and analyzing data to guide decisions about improvement strategies in schools and programs. The team focuses on leveraging data to enhance the efficiency and speed of data-driven requests, aiming to improve student results.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive analysis to generate statistical summaries and reports.
• Clean, manipulate, and merge data for comprehensive analysis.
• Respond to data inquiries regarding educational outcomes and perceptions.
• Create visual representations of data results and disseminate information effectively.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting for public and staff access.
• Contribute to research and evaluation projects with appropriate statistical methods.
• Provide training and consultation on data tools for accountability and improvement purposes.

This role requires you to have:
