This role is pivotal in identifying losses through analytics, implementing lean methodologies, and refining process improvements to optimize operations. The analyst will work with diverse datasets to support strategic business decisions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced analytics to assess key transportation drivers and measure business KPIs.
• Develop data visualizations for monitoring changes and informing decisions.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to drive process optimizations.
• Analyze stakeholder needs and share relevant information to influence change.
• Develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable roadmaps and timelines.
• Apply lean, six sigma, and zero-loss principles to improve processes and impact costs and growth plans.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field or 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
• Strong exploratory data analysis skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Project management skills with end-to-end ownership.
