In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop regular leadership reports on CX insights.
• Manage the CX feedback program for consistent customer feedback.
• Conduct data deep dives for ad-hoc insight requests.
• Draft post-event reports highlighting customer experiences.
• Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to support business decisions.
• Utilize technology for scalable and actionable insights.

This role requires you to have:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and familiarity with Salesforce and Looker.
