Senior Analyst, Supplier Scam Data Insights

Wayfair, a leading online home destination, invites candidates for a Senior Analyst role within the Supplier Scam and Compliance team. The focus is on preventing supplier fraud through data analysis and enhancing analytical capabilities. The role supports the mission to secure Wayfair's operations and ensure compliance adherence by outsmarting fraudulent activities.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze supplier data, managing report and metric ownership and maintenance.
• Develop key indicators and design investigation workflows.
• Create scripts and metrics to extract insights from supplier activities.
• Iterate on KPIs and dashboards.
• Coordinate communications for business reviews with leadership teams.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks for three operational specialists.
• Design and optimize workflows to enhance supplier behavior and success.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field.
• Strong analytical skills with script writing and data analysis capability.
• Experience in developing and improving KPIs.

• Proactive identification and improvement of processes.
