They are seeking a Data Analyst for their headquarters in Plymouth, MN, to contribute to the creation of a new data ecosystem and advance analytics initiatives across the company.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support to finance data projects.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather business requirements for data warehouse projects.
• Conduct data cleaning, preparation, exploration, and analysis using SQL or Python.
• Research and transform data findings into hierarchy rules and processes.
• Develop analytical datasets for decision-making across the organization.
• Deliver insights and analytics to support Wealth Enhancement's organic growth.
• Audit and validate data, build relational data tables and think strategically about future data product developments.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in statistics, computer science, or data science
• 2+ years of related data analytics experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with SQL or Python
• Ability to understand and use data for improved decision-making
• Effective communication skills
