This role focuses on using analytical skills to support product health and continuous improvement in their Government Programs portfolio. The position involves generating insights and detailed reports to aid the Product Leadership in making informed decisions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Reviewing member and market-facing documents to ensure compliance with CMS regulations.
• Coordinating product benefit enhancements with interdepartmental teams.
• Evaluating Federal and State Guidance for regulatory compliance.
• Conducting competitive analyses and market research to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
• Performing annual competitor benefit analysis and organizing strategic presentations.
• Assisting in the development of focus group and market survey analysis materials.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ensuring deliverables and deadlines are consistently met.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Up to 3 years of experience in Business/Market Development.
• Strong business judgment and decision making.
