This role is crucial for liaising between various sites and the Enterprise Intelligence team to ensure accurate and understandable data processes and systems are provided to end-users. The position aims to support performance improvement by analyzing quality benchmarking data and build valuable reports to support operational, financial, and quality needs.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Serve as liaison for clinical benchmarking software, offering training, report building, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data processes.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on quality and benchmarking tools.
• Guide analytics and visualization resources on presenting information.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on software tools.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Intelligence and IT on data analytics and governance.
• Promote data governance standards within the organization.

This role requires you to have:

• Advanced skills with relational database structures and Microsoft Office (Excel, Access).
• Familiarity with SQL or common query languages.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
