In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop knowledge in value-based payment models and healthcare data analytics.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess initiative impacts using data sources.
• Define metrics that showcase Wellvana's value and uncover insights to boost clinical care.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver insights through reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Create clean, reusable analytical code and develop data warehouse structures for accessible analytics.
• Enhance internal standards for high-scale data infrastructure best practices.
• Analyze new data, ensure quality, and establish ETL pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA for data privacy and security.
• Educate users for self-service analytics use.
• Address ad-hoc business inquiries as necessary.
