Westcare is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Data Analyst. The analyst will join the Research and Evaluation Team to ensure rigorous data collection and analysis, directly supporting client tracking and follow-up processes. This position plays an integral role in achieving the team’s data management objectives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect baseline, discharge, and follow-up data on clients.
• Score assessment instruments and input data into databases.
• Monitor data collection processes and manage data compilation.
• Maintain client tracking and follow-up logs.
• Conduct basic statistical analyses and produce necessary reports.
• Provide feedback regarding goal attainment and data collection.
• Assist in Performance Improvement activities.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Office.
