In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Supervise the implementation of cloud technologies, ensuring scalable and efficient data lake systems.
• Design and guide database build process methodologies.
• Supervise the development of comprehensive data model solutions.
• Oversee data protection processes and ensure data security.
• Design extract processes for accessible data layers.
• Translate business problems into data models aligned with architecture standards.
• Conduct research and analysis to solve complex business issues.
• Optimize Spark SQL queries regularly to enhance performance.
• Ensure data quality through profiling and corrective actions.
• Supervise documentation and analysis of data mappings using integration tools.
• Work with APIs to integrate and manage data in enterprise data warehouse (EDW).
• Conduct impact analysis using various data and integration tools.
• Analyze data across multiple platforms and databases.
• Deliver project tasks on schedule.
• Communicate technical knowledge effectively to diverse audiences.
• Transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, robust solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers to adopt best practices in creation and validation of data systems.
• Enhance reporting and analysis processes for client self-service.

• Mastery in code-based ETL/ELT tools for data integration
• Proficient in handling unstructured datasets
• Use of industry best practices for coding and documentation

• Strong communication and technical documentation skills
• Mastery of AWS cloud technologies and REST APIs
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, and Scala
