GIS Data Analyst

The GIS Data Analyst role exists to collect and manage GIS data, which supports the company's operations in the energy industry.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Retrieve and interpret courthouse documentation such as leases and deeds.
• Spatially locate and map parcels, leases, and drilling units using legal descriptions.
• Apply basic cartographic principles.
• Create accurate reports and high-quality maps.
• Research properties to resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize various county, state, federal, and third-party resources for task support.
• Adhere to Western Land Services' core values in all tasks.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
