Principal Analyst, Data Analyst & Reporting

The Data and Analytics team requires an expert Analyst to spearhead key activities for financial and commercial reporting and lead a team of analysts to enhance enterprise analytics.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and mature enterprise customer and product profitability reporting aligned with financials for business segments.
• Collaborate with business and IT partners to optimize technical solutions for business needs.
• Provide support and guidance to a team of professionals in reporting, analytics, and finance.
• Partner with Data Refinery Organization to design consistent reporting solutions and contribute to long-term master data continuity.
• Support strategic road-mapping of technology and reporting capabilities.

This role requires you to have:

• Managerial reporting experience, particularly in Finance/FP&A.
• Fluency in manufacturing company financials and understanding of standard costs.
• Expertise in master data fundamentals and hierarchical structures.
• Proficiency in transforming large datasets using analytical tools.
• Ability to extract and harmonize transactional data from various source systems.
