Data Analyst

Westrock Coffee Company is searching for a Data Analyst to handle essential data responsibilities, particularly related to customer coffee commitments and sales support. The role involves developing expertise in company data systems and supporting the commodities and pricing teams.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage customer coffee commitments data.
• Facilitate communication with Sales leaders, customers, and the commodities team.
• Maintain and distribute reports regarding coffee commitments.
• Develop expertise in company data systems for commodities and pricing.
• Support the development of demand forecasting models.
• Cleanse and monitor data pipeline health for commodities and pricing.
• Research and troubleshoot data issues.
• Collaborate on data issues with business teams and IT.
• Conduct user testing on new systems and data builds.
• Deliver data solutions such as reporting and visualizations for teams.
• Create and maintain data tables from qualitative sources.
• Communicate technical information efficiently.
• Utilize creative problem-solving skills.
