COBRA Data Integration Analyst - BPO

WEX is currently seeking a COBRA Data Integration Analyst to enhance processes and procedures within the COBRA electronic data interchange for its partners and client groups. This role is crucial in coordinating and managing EDI transactions, ensuring seamless data integration and collaboration with the BPO team.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Coordinate, implement, and test new EDI developments.
• Analyze data exchanges and rectify any encountered errors.
• Schedule and participate in integration-focused conference calls.
• Ensure test data is received on time and update stakeholders on progress.
• Meet Service Level Agreements related to integrations and communication.
• Process internal service requests efficiently.
• Maintain high-quality standards in service delivery.
• Identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
• Assist in documenting COBRA service processes, tools, and workflows.
• Support the creation of training materials for new hires.
• Provide ongoing support to the COBRA BPO team.
• Serve as backup for COBRA BPO department needs.
• Manage additional projects as assigned.
