White Plains Hospital is hiring a Sr. Data Analyst to support the Senior Director of Ambulatory Quality & Safety by advancing quality and performance in Ambulatory & Physician services. This role is crucial for facilitating collaborative efforts with leadership to implement performance strategies and monitor metrics. The analyst will play a key part in achieving the organization's strategic goals through comprehensive data analytics.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses using Excel, PowerBI, and SQL.
  • Engage with stakeholders to determine analytic requirements and present findings.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in identifying and implementing performance improvements, tracking progress, and managing delays.
  • Handle multiple projects, ensuring high quality and customer service.
  • Extract, clean, and integrate data using front-end applications and SQL.
  • Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards for clinical quality and operational metrics.
  • Abstract Quality Measures from medical records for various measure sets.
  • Document methods and assumptions for non-technical audiences.
  • Identify data quality issues and validate analyses.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, analytics, or consulting.

  • Experience with EPIC, MIDAS applications.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization.
