A prominent professional services firm located in Manhattan is on the lookout for a competent Retail Data Analyst. This role is instrumental in driving insights and aiding strategic decision-making. The position begins as temporary with the potential for permanent employment.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Produce weekly dashboards and reports using internal proprietary systems.
• Maintain administrative platforms, ensuring optimal contact center operations.
• Develop staff schedules and analyze performance data to improve member experience.
• Address escalations, identify trends, and recommend necessary changes.
• Update and manage TalkDesk Interactions Analytics to enhance member experience.

• 3+ years of data analysis experience in a call center in banking or financial services.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
