In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead strategic data management and processing strategies to align with client needs.
• Oversee complex data analysis projects, ensuring timely and precise data delivery.
• Guide junior analysts, fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Develop data processing applications using scripting languages and SQL.
• Analyze data deeply to identify trends and present insights.
• Establish data quality protocols to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate to define data requirements for business needs.
• Manage data hygiene and ensure compliance with USPS specifications.
• Initiate workflow improvements for optimization and automation.
• Travel for client meetings and priority data initiatives.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 3+ years in data analysis, database manipulation, and project management.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Extensive experience with SQL and ETL tools.
• Proven leadership in data projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Superior communication skills for presenting insights.
