This role is crucial for guiding clients in direct mail and omnichannel campaigns through strategic data insights, working closely with both internal management and external clients.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary client contact for data-driven campaign support using dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Create presentations showcasing data analysis and business reviews, and present to clients.
- Enhance the company's reporting and data capabilities.
- Develop cross-functional analyses and KPIs for insights on campaign effectiveness.
- Document and ensure quality control for accurate results.
- Use reporting tools to provide seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders to build metrics and dashboards.
- Monitor campaign performance to optimize strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy and establish reporting standards.
- Manage additional data projects as needed.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Travel occasionally for the role.

This role requires you to have:
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- 7+ years in marketing or predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Java, Python, R, SAS, Scala, and SQL.
- Experience in statistical and mathematical analysis.
- Ability to present to stakeholders with strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a process-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of relational database design.
