The Williamson County Children's Advocacy Center aims to provide hope, healing, and justice for children and families affected by abuse. The PT MDT Data Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing program quality by managing data processes and collaborating with multiple teams.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Coordinate case data entry and updates with various departments.
- Prepare and manage client data systems for reporting purposes.
- Ensure consistent data entry and coordinate necessary training.
- Extract and analyze data for internal and external reports.
- Assist team partners with data requests and maintain data integrity.
- Recommend improvements for data collection methods.
- Prepare statistical reports and presentations for grants.
- Monitor data accuracy and ensure compliance with policies.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of administrative or analytical experience.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in databases and spreadsheets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with Crystal Reports, JotForm, and Apricot.
- Ability to handle sensitive data regarding child abuse cases.
Must pass background checks and hold a valid Texas Driver's License. Ability to work independently and under pressure is required. The role requires mobility and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
