P/T MDT Data Analyst

The Williamson County Children's Advocacy Center aims to provide hope, healing, and justice for children and families affected by abuse. The PT MDT Data Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing program quality by managing data processes and collaborating with multiple teams.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Coordinate case data entry and updates with various departments.
• Prepare and manage client data systems for reporting purposes.
• Ensure consistent data entry and coordinate necessary training.
• Extract and analyze data for internal and external reports.
• Assist team partners with data requests and maintain data integrity.
• Recommend improvements for data collection methods.
• Prepare statistical reports and presentations for grants.
• Monitor data accuracy and ensure compliance with policies.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of administrative or analytical experience.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in databases and spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Crystal Reports, JotForm, and Apricot.
• Ability to handle sensitive data regarding child abuse cases.

Must pass background checks and hold a valid Texas Driver's License. Ability to work independently and under pressure is required. The role requires mobility and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
