The Williamson County Children's Advocacy Center is dedicated to providing hope, healing, and justice for children and families impacted by abuse. The Data Analyst role is crucial in identifying and implementing programmatic improvements, supporting the team in achieving measurable outcomes.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Coordinate data entry and updates across departments.
- Prepare data management systems for reporting purposes.
- Ensure consistent and accurate data entry.
- Extract and analyze data for internal and grant reporting.
- Assist MDT partners with data requests.
- Maintain and track agency data.
- Recommend data collection and reporting improvements.
- Prepare statistical reports and visual aids.
- Participate in staff and community meetings.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of administrative or analytical experience.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Handle sensitive data responsibly.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with Crystal Reports, JotForm, and Apricot.
- Experience in children's advocacy or related fields.
