• Develop ETL routines for seamless data migration into the Windsor ecosystem.
• Utilize Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL for coding, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with Windsor Systems Analysts, clients, and team members.
• Convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and integrate business requirements into project architecture.
• Standardize and improve processes and procedures over time.
