Wings Credit Union is looking for a Digital Product Analyst to harness data and analytics for improving digital product experiences. This role exists to drive digital growth through strategic analysis and effective communication. The successful candidate will work with various teams to elevate the digital journey for both members and employees.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze data from digital platforms to evaluate product performance.
- Collaborate with the digital team to influence product strategy.
- Develop KPIs to measure success and craft insightful reports.
- Monitor market trends and user feedback to support digital strategy.
- Build partnerships with internal teams and manage product documentation.
- Coordinate with technical teams to align on product goals.
- Support product management in strategic planning and documentation.
