In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage data environments to ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Utilize Delphix's Continuous Compliance tools to monitor and enforce data protection standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify sensitive data and apply masking or encryption techniques.
• Implement and manage data masking solutions for non-production environments.
• Create and maintain virtual data environments using Delphix for testing and development.
• Generate compliance reports to demonstrate adherence to data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA.
• Work with IT, Legal, Security, and Data Science teams to ensure continuous compliance.

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis with a specialization in data compliance.
• Extensive experience with Delphix Continuous Compliance or similar data masking and virtualization tools.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages used in data analysis.
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations like GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA.
• Experience with data masking, encryption, and secure data delivery techniques.
