In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain AI strategy aligned with business goals
- Identify high-impact AI use cases across operations
- Create educational programs to enhance AI literacy
- Advocate AI’s strategic value to executives
- Develop quarterly OKRs and annual AI initiative plans
- Implement MLOps for model deployment
- Design scalable AI infrastructure using cloud services
- Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions
- Ensure ethical AI development with compliance focus
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems
- Mentor teams on AI technologies and best practices

This role requires you to have:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 7+ years in AI/ML development, 2 years in production
- Programming skills in Python, SQL, C#
- Experience in ML frameworks like ML.Net, TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake
- Understanding of insurance industry processes and regulations
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
You would benefit from having:
- Strong background in IT and financial services/insurance
- Experience with Microsoft Stack and Snowflake
