Work Wear Safety Shoes is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their team. This role involves handling data interpretation, result analysis, and insight provision to facilitate informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will work closely with management to prioritize and address business information needs.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies to enhance statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify and analyze trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to identify and correct code issues
• Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Identify new opportunities for process improvements

This role requires you to have:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
• Technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
• Proficiency with reporting packages such as Talend and Power BI
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for data analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity for detail-oriented data collection, organization, analysis, and dissemination
• Adept in queries, report writing, and presenting findings
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics
