In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Cleanse, merge, and process data for dashboards and reports focused on clinical quality, operations, and finance.
- Demonstrate mastery in various data domains to solve complex inquiries from different stakeholders.
- Understand data applications within the organization to enhance solutions.
- Research and implement technology capabilities and data models for quality datasets.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Analyze large datasets to distill insights.
- Diagnose and resolve data platform issues.

This role requires you to have:
- 3+ years of experience in data reporting and visualization using SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, Snowflake, PowerBI or equivalent.
- Intermediate SQL skills, Python, and shell scripting experience.
- Experience with Cloud Data Warehousing such as Snowflake, Redshift.
- Data organization and optimization in relational databases.
- Translation of business needs into scalable data models.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with ETL tools like AWS Glue, Informatica.
- Expertise in dashboarding tools such as Power BI, QuickSight, Tableau.
- Background in software engineering with proficiency in writing scalable code.
