WTW is seeking a talented Reporting and Data Analyst for their Operations Reporting and Analytics Team. This role exists to support various stakeholders by providing insights and efficient reporting solutions. The team is dedicated to driving data-informed decisions and maximizing operational performance.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and fulfill reporting requirements through analytics solutions.
• Extract, analyze, and manipulate data using SQL to focus on performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports with Power BI or similar tools to track performance trends.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and data modeling to support business strategies.
• Improve data quality, accuracy, and accessibility for reliable reporting.
• Support the creation of processes and documentation for reporting solutions.
• Provide training to users on report access and interpretation.

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Business acumen in benefits, funding, insurance, or operations.
• 1+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL and strong analytical skills.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on producing accurate reports.
