This role is crucial for developing load forecasting models that support the planning processes of electric and gas systems. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Build and integrate load forecasting processes into the DataBricks platform.
- Ensure data integrity and manage data imperfections.
- Automate data collection and integrate varied datasets.
- Collaborate with teams across data science, development, and engineering.
- Develop predictive models and apply appropriate machine learning algorithms.
- Coordinate with architecture and engineering teams to deploy models.
- Develop relationships with IT and other stakeholders to enhance analytic processes.
- Use statistical techniques for data exploration and model development.
- Create data visualizations to communicate results effectively.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, math or a related field.
You would benefit from having:
