Associate Data Scientist - Load Forecasting

This role is crucial for developing load forecasting models that support the planning processes of electric and gas systems. The team is focused on the integration of granular data for precise forecasting of technological and customer growth, creating a significant impact on business strategies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Build and integrate load forecasting processes into the DataBricks platform.
• Ensure data integrity and manage data imperfections.
• Automate data collection and integrate varied datasets.
• Collaborate with teams across data science, development, and engineering.
• Develop predictive models and apply appropriate machine learning algorithms.
• Coordinate with architecture and engineering teams to deploy models.
• Develop relationships with IT and other stakeholders to enhance analytic processes.
• Use statistical techniques for data exploration and model development.
• Create data visualizations to communicate results effectively.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, math or a related field.
