In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Bridge business challenges with operational systems by understanding business needs and implementing solutions
• Collaborate with functional users and technical teams to document requirements
• Coordinate with business, UX designers, engineering, QA, and support to plan system releases
• Monitor progress toward release goals
• Maintain documentation and train users on modifications and new solutions
• Prepare test plans and evaluate test outcomes with business and QA teams

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1 year in business systems analysis and design
• Competence in data gathering and analysis
• Ability to collaborate on application development and process changes
• Adaptability under stressful or unclear conditions
• Data mining tool proficiency
• Familiarity with mock-up tools like Balsamiq
• Experience in Agile development processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications

You would benefit from having:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years in business systems analysis or design
• Software development experience and SQL query writing
• Knowledge of design and integration methodologies
• SCRUM or PMO certification
