In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop code for data acquisition, storage, and complex queries using SQL and T-SQL.
• Write Python scripts, emphasizing Pandas and Numpy libraries.
• Ensure database security, manage object permissions, perform backups, and optimize performance.
• Schedule and manage SQL agent jobs and processes, aiding less experienced staff.
• Capture data streams into the DS database and manage automated system monitoring tasks.
• Create new code and schemas for new data sources in DS database.
• Support DS prediction stack environment, developing tools using Python and Bokeh.
• Enhance skills in AWS Console for server management and monitoring.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in data engineering or similar roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and T-SQL.

• Knowledge of relational databases and functional programming.
• Experience with database administration and AWS services.
