Data Analyst

This role supports program objectives by providing insightful data reports in alignment with community needs.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data management systems and reports.
• Optimize data collection and analysis through database configuration.
• Build custom queries and reports for ad hoc requests.
• Maintain historical data records and document changes.
• Identify and address data integrity issues.
• Generate automated reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools.
• Analyze key metrics and develop data visualizations for quality improvement.
• Participate in staff meetings and development events.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Four years experience in data management and database applications.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Experience with SQL, VBA, Python, R, and SAP Business Objects WebI.
