Young Life is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team in a pivotal role that enhances strategic decision-making through insightful data analysis. This position exists to collaborate across departments, developing customized analytical solutions while ensuring data quality and accessibility.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using SQL, Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel.
• Analyze key data insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy of analytical models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver customized analytical solutions.
• Build and optimize data models and workflows for reporting.
• Provide training to promote self-service reporting and data literacy.
• Ensure high availability and performance of reporting datasets.
• Assist in developing a business intelligence center of excellence.
