YouthCare is on the lookout for a diligent Data and Application Analyst to spearhead initiatives that ensure seamless operations across their store platforms. This role is pivotal in managing data migrations and solving technical challenges that arise post-store conversion. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to address any concerns and oversee the presentation of conversion reports to leadership.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Lead global teams to ensure smooth production operations and store support upon migration.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues with strong analytical skills.
- Manage data migrations, addressing concerns before and after store conversions.
- Compile and present conversion reports to leadership on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Track and validate store conversions through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as an early warning system for potential concerns to leadership.

This role requires you to have:
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in leading global teams and managing technical projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Effective stakeholder management and leadership communication.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with retail or store platform conversions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of AWS CloudWatch, AWS Lambda, MongoDB, Postgres, APIs, and technical troubleshooting.
