Piper Companies is searching for a skilled Data Analyst capable of collecting and analyzing data to inform business decisions. The role operates on a hybrid schedule, with a seasoned analyst leading data initiatives to improve organizational outcomes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for improvement with business stakeholders.
• Lead discussions to understand reporting requirements and pain points.
• Establish KPIs for measuring business effectiveness.
• Collaborate with teams in data processing and analysis.
• Create process flows and evaluate system enhancements.
• Manage multiple projects and communicate as a system expert.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years of experience with SQL and Power BI.
• Experience in the insurance industry, specifically life/annuity.
• Proficient with SSIS.
• Strong knowledge of R and Python.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Communication and documentation skills for requirements from stakeholders.
• Bachelors in computer information systems or related field.
